UVMMC MyChart
At Appletree Bay Primary Care we use EPIC EMR (Electronic Medical Record). All patients’ records are kept in the EPIC EMR. EPIC is used by the University of Vermont Health Network and most other major medical centers. We encourage all of our patients to sign up for EPIC Mychart to have access to your Medical Records.
Scheduling an Appointment with your Primary Care Provider
We make every effort to see patients as soon as possible. In the event that your Primary Care Provider is not available as soon as needed, we will schedule you with another Provider in the office. Be aware that all Providers at Appletree Bay will have access to your electronic medical record and will discuss your case with your Primary Care Provider if needed.
