Outside these hours if you require urgent assistance that cannot wait until the next business day, please call our main office number 802-863-1313 and you will be transferred to an out of hours service that can contact a Provider.
If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.
Getting Here
We have free parking in the parking lot shared with Vermont Family Pharmacy. We are located on the 2nd floor, above Appletree Bay Physical Therapy. Please access the building via the door on the side of the building.
